Oki, Hello.

Lethbridge is located on the traditional lands of the Blackfoot Confederacy and is home to the Metis Nation of Alberta, Region 3. We acknowledge the long traditions of this space and pay our respect to the Blackfoot peoples past, present, and future. It is an honour and a privilege to live, work, and play in these territories, and to gather knowledge and wisdom from the Indigenous peoples who have long called this space home. The future stewardship of this land must be borne of respect and kindness, in working together with the Blackfoot and Metis people of Southern Alberta, whose connection to the land is ancient and ongoing.
