Radical
Transparency

What is Radical Transparency?

Radical Transparency means leaders must open themselves to oversight and be able to respond to feedback in a positive, non-defensive way.
I believe local leaders should be held to the highest ethical standards, be completely open and transparent with their community, and be ready to share details about their social and political influences, financial obligations and commitments, and where their ideas or support comes from.
Below, you will find information about my campaign finances, my influences, my obligations and my commitments as well as many resources on where I get my ideas and what research I am using to back up my decisions. If there is information below that seems incomplete or missing, please feel free to email me at kelti.baird@gmail.com and I will work to address those concerns.

*Please note, information on this page will be continually updated as my schedule allows. I will do my best to keep up to date on everything.
